Shipping
We deliver across Sri Lanka via local courier services, and orders typically arrive within 5-7 working days. Shipping costs are  calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight of the package. The option for “Local Courier Service” is available exclusively for addresses within Sri Lanka.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately  To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned within seven days , in its original condition, and to the address provided by us.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will also refund any applicable shipping costs. However, if the return is not due to an error from Kandy Shop, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

– Reason for return
– Photos of any damaged items

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed to the same card, and a confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.
